Echinodorus Aflame - Echinodorus 'Aflame' is a popular aquarium plant known for its striking red and green leaves. It's a relatively compact Echinodorus variety, making it suitable for midground to background placements in aquariums. Under high light and nutrient-rich conditions, 'Aflame' exhibits vibrant red hues, providing a bold contrast to greenery in the aquascape. Regular pruning and maintenance are important to encourage healthy growth and maintain its vivid coloration. It can reach a height of 20-40 centimeters (8-16 inches) and can spread through runners, gradually filling in the planted area.

Plants are incubated in a solution of 0.01% of the insecticide Buprafezin for one hour (Please do not just drop these in a shrimp tank or with any other crustacean. To use these within a tank please wash in water with baking soda under light. These are treated to remove the insecticide but there are cases where this has not been fully removed causing casualty's in crustacean. (Any issues please contact us we will sort ASAP)
